After I installed Vs11 Express within SQL 2012 in it, I can not find Database Diagrams in Database Soulution Explorer.

The only database diagramming tool that can support SQL 2012 offered by Microsoft is part of SSMS which is available here free - you can download and install the toolset by itself.
