In some cases (not all), a Task will get reassigned when dragging it from one column (To Do) to another (In Progress) on the Scrum board. Running VS 2012 Update 1 on clients and server.

This is expected behavior. When you have the taskboard filtered by a person, any state changes will automatically update the task to be assigned to the person selected in the filter.
