Where is My MVC 3 Now ?? by budyboy72

Help. I've been losing my MVC 3. I am using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate.
MVC 3 ever existed in my VS 2010 ultimate
but now I only have MVC 4.
What do I have to do to get MVC 3 back ??
When I ran Web Platform Installer 4.0, it told me that MVC 3 has been installed in my VS 2010.
I also tried to install MVC 3 Update tools but It didn't help.
I tried to install Microsoft .net framework 4 Run time update 3 from Web Platform installer but it only gave me a error log like this below :
