Just installed VS 2012. Went to new project, setup and deployment. The only option was to "Enable InstallShield LImited Edition". Clicked on this. The next page instructs me to go the download website. But, when I click on the link, I get a connection problem from Internet Explorer and never reach the website. Not sure how else to get InstallShield.

Thanks! I was able to open that website and everything is good now. But, that's a different website than Visual Studio 2012 links to (I copied the url VS 2012 is trying to send me to.)
