Compare on a file marked as changed shows the visual compare window even when files are identical.
This issue is taking time to resolve unknown changes as each time a file is compared the visual diff windows must be manually inspected unneccessarly.

Steps to reproduce

create situation that TFS marks a file as changed even though no changes are present
right click Compare
click OK

Operating System

Windows 8

Operating System Language

English

Actual results

visual diff windows is displayed with no changes visible

Expected results

message shown "Files are identical" as was shown in VS 2010
or to unmark the file as "changed"

Hello,
