My app correctly working at x64 processing before run ngen. But crashes after create native x64 images at crl.dll.

Steps to reproduce


1. download Win8 Store App (FictionBookReader_4.0.0.4_x64.appxupload) from the link: http://sdrv.ms/XARWlD
2. install the app
3. use ngen.exe for x64 to create native code
4. download test epub file http://sdrv.ms/XAS9Fx
5. try to open this book using this app
