User(s) can reproduce this bug
when you are working on a SSIS solution , and try to save a dtsx file and user by mistake click the left mouse button pointing to the save button on toolbar, after somewhat around 5-10 or more clicks the Save As dialogue box comes, and as soon as this box comes the actual dtsx has allready been deleted. I came across to this bug accidentally yesterday.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any SSIS package in Visual studio 2008 (3.5)
2. While a open dtsx package, try to click save button on toolbar ( try 5-10 time continuously or more).
3. Check for the save as dialogue box poping up. ( first bug why this come)
4. once you see the dialogue box , the dtsx file is allready deleted by system.

Expected results

1. It should save the original file and save as should not be appeared.
