User(s) can reproduce this bug

Dash symbols '-' have wrong size and because of that if you stack a lot of them, some free space will appear while actually there are dashes.
I was able to reproduce this on 2 different computers and using few different fonts (including default Consolas)
Details (expand)

Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server/.NET Framework Tooling Version

Visual Studio 2012

Steps to reproduce

Create a file (I think any type will be suitable but I've tested it with c++ files and text files).
Place the cursor on some line and hold - key for a while. You will see a line of dashes with some spaces between them far bigger than others.

Product Language

Russian

Operating System

Windows 8

Operating System Language

Russian

Actual results

There are holes between some dashes. You can see that here for example:
http://puu.sh/2d2yF
I did not insert space characters there, there are only dashes.

Expected results

All dashes are the same size and have the same distance between them.
