I have Posted the same issue in .net Forums, I got reply saying it might be compatibility issue with dot net 4.5 framework .

when sample code is run on machine with dot net 4.5 installed machine , when first call from client to invoke the server , two instances are created by default (two times constructor called.

we are using the Server Activated call using .net remoting in our code .

working fine in 4.O machine when same app used without compiling .

please have a look .

I'm waiting for you reply ,

Thanks,
Ravinder Singh ,
