Description

When working on a Website Project opened from a network share folder I need to use the Copy Website tool under the main nav WEBSITE menu item to push files to a production server. After clicking on the WEBSITE menu item, the IDE will hang for a random amount of time while the progress cursor blinks excessively. I think the hang time is related to the size of the project.

If I launch VS 2012 as an Admin user, then the issue does not occur.

EDIT: The issue DOES occur running as an Admin user. Upon opening the project with no documents open I can access the WEBSITE menu no problem, but if I open a .aspx file, then click on the WEBSITE menu it hangs as stated.
