Team Explorer errors out when changing my settings by AdamMGreene

If I install Productivity Power Tools, Team Explorer no longer works. When I go to View --> Team Explorer, I get an error saying "object not set to a reference of an object" and the menu doesn't open. If I remove Productivity Power tools and reset my settings to default (Tools --> Import Export Settings --> Reset to Default), the error no longer appears and I can use Team explorer.

In order to help us diagnose this issue, we’ll need to get a crash dump from you. Can you follow the instructions at http://blogs.msdn.com/kirillosenkov/archive/2008/12/07/how-to-debug-crashes-and-hangs.aspx to create a dump? Once you’ve created the dump file, please attach to the bug. If the file is too big, let us know and we’ll set up a workspace for it.
