Description

Hello,

Recently my VS2012 projects started failing building solutions with following error "MSB3030: Could not copy the file "obj\x86\Debug\%PROJECT_NAME%.dll" because it was not found". The previous sentence in output for this error is "Skipping target "GenerateTargetFrameworkMonikerAttribute" because all output files are up-to-date with respect to the input files"

Also, if I create some project, the same issue occurs and WinForms designer is crashed

Hello, to further diagnose this issue we need a little more information. Could you please attach a diagnostic build log from a project rebuild? To get diagnostic build logs within VS, select "Tools”->”Options”->”Projects and Solutions”->”Build and Run" and then select "Diagnostic" in the "MSBuild project build output verbosity" dropdown. What sorts of projects are in the solution?
