Description

After opening a project in Visual Studio 2013 and closing Visual Studio, the Windows 8.0 jump list is empty.

This behavior has been determined to be due to a known issue in Windows Blue Preview build. The Window team is aware of it and has fixed the problem in more recent internal builds (I verified on today's RTM build). The fix will appear in the final release of Windows 8.1.
