Description

Visual Studio 2012 with SSDT June 2013 does not create folder structure in Solution Explorer
When new database objects are created in SQL Server Object Explorer, script files are created in proejct root folder. As database contains large number of scripts, this results in a very difficult to navigate project. Also, when different team members are creating projects, they will create different folder structure making team work more difficult.

This functionality was available in VS 2010. Objects were organized into folders such as Tables, Stored procedures and the like.

Please bring it back.

Thanks for your comments. We've recorded your request, but it doesn't meet the current triage bar. We will reconsider it for a future SSDT release.
