Description

Lightbulb refactorings are shown during debug time, even on platforms like Phone where EnC isn't allowed and if you click on the lightbulb refactoring then you're forced to either accept the change or stop debugging. Even on platforms where EnC is allowed, does the lightbulb still suggest rude changes?

It might be that lightbulb-refactorings are simply never the right thing to show while debugging…".

Hi Klaus!

We're really happy that you're trying the preview out and giving us excellent feedback! This is something we're looking into and have an item on our backlog. There are some fixes and refactorings that may be useful at debug-time -- especially in EnC situations. For example, renaming locals, introducing private methods, locals, etc. We still need to come up with a rational set, but we hope that many of the suggestions and refactorings at debug-time will "just work".

Thanks!
Dustin
