Description

the format of the datagridview.columns().DefaultCellStyle.Format property doesn't work according to the CurrentUICulture. I am using a Time column in a SQL Server database table and i need the value be displayed in 12 hour format, but it always displays in 24 hour format. Please check this issue.

Thank you for your feedback and for providing a sample project. The issue that you have reported is actually by design.
Time(n) T-SQL type always represents time in 24-hours format:
