長い文字列定数はWEBアプリで宣言できない？
XML WEBサービスやWEBアプリにおいて、Constステートメントで文字列として679文字以上の文字を宣言すると、pdbに書き込めませんエラーとなります。
この現象はWindowsアプリケーションでは発生しません。
