Provide feedback via the Connect portal
for Windows Home Server. The Connect portal is the core mechanism for providing feedback into the developer database, which is used to code fixes and suggestions for improvements to the product. When your bugs are submitted through Connect, we will
attempt to provide an acknowledgment that the bug was received within a week. If you do not receive a response, please contact
whsbeta@microsoft.com with the feedback ID for your bug.
Getting Help with your existing Windows Home Server. If you cannot use your Windows Home Server or your client because of an issue with the software or hardware, official support for Windows Home Server
is provided through your OEM/system builder and/or
support.microsoft.com. Please follow up with these services for immediate assistance.
