Workaround(s)
As far as I know the Windows Time service only has limited NTP functionality. It uses SNTP (Simple NTP) to synchronize to a single master time source.

Please describe how you would like this behavior to change?
Very simple said: An RFC compliant NTP service, computes a statistical average time difference of a list of time sources. A time source which completely drifts is therefore considered unreliable and the client will ignore the one that is completely different from the others.
Please provide a justification for why you think this change should be made?
Realtime applications, databases, and other business-critical applications require a reliable time source, and therefore the time synchronization is important.
