Virus Detected - Cannot Remove

Hello everyone -

Looking for some assistance. OneCare popped up today and to advise me that
Windows Live OneCare has found potentially unwanted software called
Virus:DOS/Trivialbased. I clicked "clean all" at the bottom of the popup
and get a response that it was removed/cleaned. Then, consistently I get
the same popup again and the cycle is perpetual. Rebooted, did complete
virus scan and 2 hours later nothing was found by the scan. Aside from the
fact that the scan took way too long for any virus scan, how do I get rid of
this Virus if I truly have it, and if not, how do I stop the popup stating
that I do have it?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
