Whenever a firewall popup occurs, i click on "Allow Prograam". This is followed by the UAC prompt, then onecare asks again.

Reproduction Steps
1. Start unknown internet using program
2. Wait for firewall window to appear
3. clear UAC prompt
4. wait for onecare window to return
Expected Results
For the window to appear then the uac prompt, without the 2nd onecare window.

I believe this is standard behaviour on Windows Vista, it has little to with the way OneCare works.

This is not standard depending on how you organise your application.

The UAC button could launch an administrator-only application that allows/blocks the program automatically without another prompt.

There are ways to structure onecare so this needs not be the case.
