Security - Certificate Based Client SSL authentication - Install button error Enterprise Store

1) THIS HAPPENS ON WINDOWS 7 (ULTIMATE) - Vista and XP does not have show this problem
2) Go to website certificate based client SSL authentication
3) Click on the link "Click here to view certificate"
4) Click "Install Certificate"
5) Go through wizard default choices
6) At the end encounter error: "An error occurred during the opening of the Enterprise Trust store".

It should install certificate to your Personal Store area or this "Install Certificate" button should not be there as it is not with XP or Vista.

This is reproducible on 32-bit and 64-bit version. It happens when joined to a domain, or not joined to a domain.
