If you do not see the Feedback link on the left side of the page then you are most likely not signed in and/or registered to the OneNote site. 

• Click the [Sign In] button at the top right corner of hte web page. 
• Click on the link Available Connections
• Scroll down the list of Programs and find one of the OneNote programs
• Click Apply and follow the instructions.

When you return to the OneNote site you will be able to Submit Feedback.
