OneNote can't interpret handwritten greek letters and other advanced mathematical symbols. Considering that the Windows 7 can, via the Math input panel, it would be really nice to see this capability tied into the search and convert-handwriting-to-text abilities of OneNote.

AFAIK this is being developed for onenote 2010 via a separate input called ink to math....
