Show actual application icon instead of blank generic icon in LS Desktop/OOB application

When installing a LightSwitch Desktop (Out-of-browser) application, the application icon that shows up in the Start Menu (and, thus, a desktop shortcut and pinned taskbar icon) are generic, blank icons rather than the actual application icon that I specify in the application configuration. I like the new Static Image control available in the V2 screen designer. It will allow us to easily include some visuals within our screens. I noticed that it has a "Show Border" checkbox so that we have the option to display the image with or without a border. Nice... thanks! When mouse hovers over GridControl the help tip displays "Sort by ..." on all the sortable columns, but the user cannot click on a heading to sort because sorting is turned off. Unlock User Feature for Admin Screens

When LightSwitch is deployed using forms authentication, users can be locked out due to failed login attempts. This is a standard feature of the ASP.NET membership provider, and a good one, I might add. Although locks will timeout, typically the user will contact the app administrator to resolve the situation, which could require a forced unlock. It would be nice if the default user administration screens in LightSwitch included a fuction to unlock a user account.
