Timeout counter needed (we're kicked out of Connect but we don't know "when that will be " )

Hi ! When on Connect, after a certain period the connect times out. When doing eg an update on a report and pressing Submit, and the timeout period is over we're kicked out of connect and as a result the update is not submitted. The biggest problem is here that all the text/information is now lost and we've to enter all the info again :-(. One solution could be to remove the timeout thing. I think you won't do that... So the next best solution is to show us some kind of realtime timecount...

Update email of bugreports should contain the comments that were added

Hi ! Currently the email from Connect just contain the bugreport ID information about the bug has been updated. Suggestion is to add those comments ( adn status etc) to this email. Adding this info to the update email it would save much work/time: 1) logon to connect (annoying, but I understand why a logon is needed of course, but it is not making things "nice to do"...) 2) going to the report 3) going to comments 4) scroll down to the last added comment.. Now MS doesn't have to fix...

I should recently have received two invitations from connect for the beta programs "Vista MCE" and "Vista MCE MVP". I got neither invitation, and they did not end up in my junkmail folder either. I think it's quite confusing that I've set newsgroup password in beta program X, then sign up to program Y and click newsgroup and it seems as if I'd need to set it again unless I read the very small print which says the one and same pass is used for every program.

What's the point of sending an invitation e-mail if you don't need the invite to enroll the beta. I don't know how i did it actually, but I enrolled in the connecbeta for the VS connection without using the invite, at first it was all screwed. Today it works ok, hard to say what happened. I know this in non descriptive, but it's the best I can do, due the randomness of the issue.

When not logged into the Beta website and you are viewing a ticket and click on any of the top 3boxes for voting/validation etc it shows the feedback but provides no way to vote. Connect 2.0 is not ready for prime time

When I try to do almost anything, Connect 2.0 asks me to register (which I've done many times) or to sign in again with Passport (when I signed in only a minute or two ago). editing a submission?

I am not able to edit my submission, and many times I have wanted to be able to edit it, most of it within 15 minutes after posting - for example, I would add into my previous post an additional suggestion of making an offline program to do all that submission stuff - the system is urging us to complete the submission as quick as possible, but does not allow us to correct it - that is at all not so nice, polite and/or convenient :-)
