Cannot access remote desktop

Cannot access remote desktop on an XP machine. I installed on both systems and it worked perfectly the first time. I then rebooted the XP (client) machine and I now get the yellow flag on that device from both main and client notifier screens. I get the message that the device is synchronizing and is not accessible. I am running Windows 7 64 bit on main computer.

Favourites synching corrupts local URL's

when synching favourites via the Liver toolbar any local servers are corrupted when copied to another machine. Online they do not appear the same either. External links are listed with a hyperlink. Local servers (in our domain) are listed as Web Address but you have then go into them to see what the link is. The favourites that appear in the synched computer loose their hyperlink.

Inability to download Live Mesh cab from IE Mobile on Win6.1 Mobile

The Download link at mesh.com if you visit using IE on Windows Mobile 6.1 does not work, it continually returns an IIS error and 'Page cannot be displayed.' I was able to get the software from the Live Mesh dashboard, download it to my PC and transfer it by ActiveSync.

Now when I attempt to "remote" into one of my meshed machines, on the remote machine, a prompt appears asking to allow access to the machine - if the allow access is not confirmed, the connection drops. Mesh Remote Status Bar Gets In the Way

When you use Mesh to remote back to a device (in this case, a Windows-based PC), there is a Status bar at the top of the webpage which tells you the status of your session. It says something like "Connected to MyHomePC." Well, that status bar just sits there, and it gets in the way of the desktop you're controlling. I think that it should slide up and down dynamically so that it would allow access to the screen elements that it is obstructing the view of.

IE Kiosk mode leaves ghosting effect of Taskbar so viewable area is reduced

When launching IE in kiosk mode the area which was occupied by the Taskbar is whited-out and obscures the viewable area. I have narrowed it down to the following two MS Updates: KB976325 and KB978207. If I remove these updates the problem goes away. The Taskbar should also be set to be always on top. If it is set to auto-hide or not always on top, them this ghosting effect does no occur.

Hi, I recently re-installed Live Mesh on a new PC. Since then it hogs my internet connection really slowing everything down. As soon as I check "Work Offline" the connection is fine again. When I check what it's doing sometimes it's syncing files but most of the time the Live MEsh icon indicates activity but the history shows no activity for a couple of days.

We're having problems with Live Mesh, it always reports that it is currently starting, this is on WinXp SP3 machines in a Novell network environment. We have a Cisco firewall, but the machines in question are on an IP range which has been opened up to allow us to use any services we need.

I utilize Adobe CS4 for creating PDFs. I am unable to insert an add in to the ribbon bar for any of the office 2010 beta applications like I had in Office 2007. The Save As PDF that is available in the Save As drop down box, creates PDF files much bigger than the Adobe Acrobat I have been using. The PDFs ultimately wind up as linked to a website where space is an issue. How do I put a Add In on the ribbon bar to utilize my Adobe application?

Live Mesh on the Mac does not load correctly. The application is present in the dock and greyed out in the menu bar. The application appears not to be signed in and if you try to sign in the sign in option is greyed out. Live Mesh Sync Problems

I just downloaded Live Mesh a couple of days ago and have installed it on two of my computers at home. I have added a folder to the Mesh Folders and set it to sync with one of my computers and live desktop. This folder has about 1.4GB of data in it. Since then my PC has been continuously trying to sync this folder with Live Mesh and upload the contents to the Live Desktop. The Live Desktop shows me it has 1404MB out of 5120MB used however most of the files show the green syncing symbol on them...

Login on Mac SL 10.6.2 stopped working

Live Mesh on Mac Snow Leopard 10.6.2 worked fine until about a month ago, when it stopped. Now, all I get when I start it is the icon in the menu bar, but it stays greyed out. The Log In menu item is greyed out too, but the Mac isn't logged into the Mesh. I've tried deleting the Application Support files, and the Preferences plist, but it doesn't reset and ask me to sign-in again. LiveMeshAgent seems to crash.

It would be nice if MS would let us know if Live Mesh has been abandoned. There haven't been any updates to the numerous issues in nearly a year... Perhaps that's answer enough, but Live Mesh is a great product and I'd been using it happily until I got a Mac that I wanted to add to my devices and now it's all but useless.

I have been using the software for several months successfully with no problems. With no apparent trigger the software no longer starts. A little window shows "failed to start live mesh" and gives the option to restart (which results in the same thing). I have a second computer (Win7) that has been working with this one for the same time period. This one is still working just fine. Both use the same login information and are on the same home network (behind same router/cable modem).

I'm running Live Mesh under windows 7 Ultimate and the MOE.exe proccess is consuming aproximatily 56,556 handles. I think that the Live mesh proccess was consuming too much handles and it sometimes cause resource depletion in my machine. I have another machine that Live Mesh is running under Windows Server 2008 x64 and the handles is consuming only 896.
