Flat file connection manager "Row Delimiter" property does not work

When importing text files with Flat File Connection Manager and a Flat File Source, the "Row Delimiter" property does not work: If a data row has too few columns, the row should be terminated when the RowDelimiter is reached. Instead the following (correct) row is concatenated to the faulty row, and both the faulty and the following correct row are rejected. This is true both when using text files/RowDelimier set to {CR}{LF} (Windows) and {LF} (Unix) row endings.

It'd be handy to have a way to enter metadata for reports, in the form of a free text string. Something similar to the "description" field, but not shown to the user. If this was searchable, it would make it possible to add "keywords" to reports so that they are discoverable by users even if their names and descriptions don't contain the search term the user entered.

In SQL 2000, we were able to choose whether to save results in ANSI, OEM, or Unicode format - all saves now are done in Unicode with no option to choose otherwise. This is a loss of functionality and is not necessarily desired behaviour, especially when trying to send results to others for processing.

DDL trigges is a great addition to SQL 2005, and makes it possible to set up a general auditing for a database. Unfortunately, it is not whole-covering as system stored procedures that manipulates the system/database catalog does not fire a trigger. A prime example is sp_rename. This is clearly documented in Books Online, so it is not a bug. But it's defnitely a hole that needs to be plugged.

If they've selected everything I want to put "All Regions" as a label in the header of the report.
