User(s) can reproduce this bug
After converting VS2010 lightswitch to VS2012 Lightswitch a problem occurs after entering credentials i forms authentication. Right after enter rigt user and password the application loads and a second Windows built in form (Windows Security) opens and requesting new credentials (Username/password).

This happen only in OOB, not in deployed web application.

This only applies to converted applications fron VS2010 to VS2012. I have tried everything, stripping the project from Extension att custom code. Nothing works. It has to be a bug.
