The menu-bar on top is white instead of dark like in the older versions. It actually seems like it doesn't even use the blend UI, and is an old Win32 implementation.

I do have Blend 4 from the Windows Phone Developer Tools installed too, maybe they conflict?

Thanks for your feedback. We have made a large number of improvments since Visual Studio Beta, and we believe this issue has been fixed as well.
