When I start a new solution in Blend for VS11 beta, I get an empty solution with no project. I am also unable to add a project to the solution with any other language including the language selected.

Click File -> New Project
Choose any type of application.

Hi,
This was a known issue in Beta. Please upgrade to the RC version of Visual studio.This has been fixed in RC bits. I would strongly encourage you to work on RC bits as we have made tremendous improvement in the overall stability and performance of the application.
