Sometimes if I make a change to a XAML file in Visual Studio, Blend won't reload and the other way arround.

Could you please add a Command to Blend and Visual Studio to force a reload of the file?

Create a file, make changes and switch between VS and Blend. The problem does not occur periodical, it sometimes work, sometimes does not.

But it is really annoying to reopen blend or VS completly.
