User(s) can reproduce this bug

I can create .net 4.5 WPF Pojects, but I can´t create .net 4.5 Sketchflow Projects. I would consider this a "Bug"

Blend for Visual Studio 2012

Bug

Open Blend for VS2012 Update 2 CTP
Open "New Project" Dialog
Select WPF Sketchflow Project.
Try to change the version of .net to 4.5

Thanks for your feedback.

SketchFlow will only target .Net 4 for this Visual Studio 2012. We definitely have it on our backlog to support .Net 4.5 for SketchFlow.
