Install the ActiveX control to download files
You must have File Transfer Manager (FTM) installed to download files on this Web site. To install FTM:
- Right-click on the Internet Explorer Information Bar, located above under the address bar.
- In the right-click menu, click Install This Add-on.
- In the Security Warning dialog box, click Install.

WMS 2012 Update Rollup 1 (KB2791647) should be installed prior to installing these drivers. It is available
now from the
Download Center and will eventually be distributed as part of Windows Update.
