In IE6/7/8 and IE9 Preview 2, if you click outside the body of a short page, IE fires a `window.onblur` event. This doesn't make sense because the blank space is still part of the page viewport. It doesn't match the behavior of non-IE browsers.

In IE9 Preview 2, this happens in all document modes except IE5 Document Mode.

At this time we do not plan on fixing this issue. Every feedback we recieve is important to us and helps us improve the quality of Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, as you can understand, we are not able to address all the feedback and this was one we were not able to include.
