When using filters for effects in older versions of IE, it's common to use some variation of "!document.body.filters" to test for their existence first. In the latest preview, this test triggers an error instead of returning true or false.

It appears that filters are maybe going away
but the test should execute correctly.

This issue was resolved in Internet Explorer 9 Platform Preview Build released on 8/4/2010. Please verify the change and file a new feedback (or reactivate the existing one) if the problem persists.
