Description

If a paragraph has a style that triggers hasLayout (or maybe the exact explanation isn't that one), it behaves like a block, the first click selects the whole element and the user needs to wait and click again to edit its contents.

The basic problem has been always present in IE

This issue is still reproducible in IE10 PP2
