The Favorites Center's "Turn on Suggested Sites..." button's right side gets cut off when resizing the Favorites Center to the smallest possible size.

Still occurs in IE10RP on Windows 7.

That's not what the Windows 7 User Experience Interaction Guidelines say.


"Don't clip content during a resize. Expand containers before adding content. Remove content before reducing containers.

One of the choices for Issues Area when submitting feedback is regarding clipping. I highly doubt this is by design.

Because Connect hasn't been updated yet, I chose "Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate" as an answer for "In which application(s) are you experiencing this issue?" even though it happens in the final build.
