Description

I notice all-in-one performance issues accessing this web page: http://test.csswg.org/harness/results?s=CSS21&t=0

The list of issues:
- Page loading is slow and the table is constantly refreshed, for some times, before the whole content is loaded. I notice high CPU usage in here.
- Changing between tabs is slow and unresponsive when opening the same page in the same IE window in more than one tab, for example two or three tabs. I also notice high CPU usage in here.
- Scrolling performance is slow and unresponsive as well. And I notice high CPU usage in here as well.
- Hovering the hyperlink is slow as hell and unresponsive, along with the same high CPU usage.
- IE window appears to be hung and/or unresponsive when doing all above actions.

In summary, a very bad user experience.

Anyway, for future reference, the URL has changed to this: http://test.csswg.org/harness/results?s=CSS21_DEV&t=0
