When compound SVG (with <use> references?) is on background it gets wrong when page is loaded with non-100% zoom (“Make everything on screen bigger” in metro mode).
Since many designers and site holders are considering using SVG for high-resolution displays it could lead to bad user experience of IE10 users.
Note, it doesn't happen in IE9 (at least in my Win7 installation), so it's a regression.

This issue was resolved in Internet Explorer 10 released on 10/26/2012. Please verify the change and file a new feedback (or reactivate the existing one) if the problem persists.
