In IE10, if the path element of SVG has "fill-opacity" and the element is using a marker, the opacity would be inherited by marker (although marker element is NOT the child of path).

Thank you. This issue is indeed fixed in Edge.

Unfortunately, I cannot close this issue, not even when I click on "Edit This Item" button. So please close this as Fixed.

Thank you for the feedback. This issue appears to have been fixed in Microsoft Edge. We're not presently working on feature bugs in Internet Explorer outside of security-related issues.
