In our web app, we use framesets and push down via apache header:
X-UA-Compatible  IE=EmulateIE7 

We are using the frameset to hide the URLs from the user. Therefore there is a single frame within the frameset.

As the user progresses through our application the frames content changes from page 1 to page 2 to page 3 to page 4 then back to page 3. Page 3 is now rendered as a blank white screen. If I resize the browser, or press F12 suddenly the page is rendered, however the F12 developer tools always shows the html source. If I run the following JS in the console the frame content becomes rendered: window.frames[0].window.resizeBy(1,1);

Page 1, 2: Have no doctype defined.

Page 3: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"  "";>

Page 4: <!doctype html><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" >
