Please allow users to remove or delete disabled Add-Ons from the "Toolbars and Extensions" window in Internet Explorer 9 and 10. After "breaking-in" the browser during average web usage, the list becomes plagued with multiple copies of useless, disabled plugins (such as deprecated Java revisions). As the list grows, it becomes a nightmare to navigate fluently.
