I am not sure whether submit this bug here or in .NET, but essentially IE10's version of getBoundingClientRect() causes error in Sys.UI.Point of .NET 3.5 (here's detailed description: I think it is fixed in .NET 4.5 but huge number of Web application still use 3.5 - is there a hotfix available?
