IE 10.0.4 won't display local HTML files. It simply displays a blank page instead.

I am very disappointed. That IE won't display local files on a Microsoft OS (Windows 7 x64) is a real bug. This was not true with prior editions of IE, and Firefox and Chrome will display local files. You could have at least offered a remote session where you could have viewed the problem yourself on my computer, and seen if you could find a way to correct it. To just put your head in the sand is inexcusable.
