Hello there

I recently bought a new Windows 8 laptop, 64 bit.  Ever since, I have been unable to use the multiple photo uploader on Facebook in IE10.  However it does work using Mozilla Firefox.

I have made sure I have an updated Java and Flash.  And I have 'restarted' IE10.

Please help fix this problem :)

This is bollocks. You can't just close a job because you don't know how to fix it.

The very fact that this problem is occurring on a brand new machine with very little changes (and certainly not anything out of the ordinary), and that you can't reproduce it on your machine, should signal to you that this is a more serious problem.

I think I have filed a good bug report. If you need more information, ask me for it, don't just close the job! People spend a lot of money to have computers to run your software.

Please reopen this job.

P.S. The security zones are all set to default.

Please try setting your internet security zone to default rather than custom.
