Description

IE 9 and 10 - can't relocate toolbars like we used to - it is too locked down - Example: tabs bar won't move beyond next to o below the address bar.

IE 9 & 10 - Instead of the nice large easy to get to Favorites button that could be located at the left end of the Favorites Bar. And it is nice that the favorites open up on the right and can be moved to the left but I can't see how to keep it there.

Win Explorer in Win 7 - The folder tree pane (navigation pane) function is jumpy as you drill down and hasn't been fixed for years even though I have seen multitudes of complaints.
Word 2010 - we can't modify the ribbons that are the defaults - we would have t start from scratch and build completely new ribbons, and we can't make new toolbars or move them like in Office 2003.

We had more and more flexibility as OLE developed, but now MS is backtracking and making too many decisions for us, just like Apple does. If I wanted a company to make all my decisions for me I would have bought a MAC.
