We've identified the root cause with the site. The site required RC4 encryption for its network calls. It appears that the issue is now fixed and the fix would be in the next available update of IE 11.

No. Still does not work with IE 11, but works with FF. Therefore I sent my feedback

Thank you for your feedback. This issue is currently caused by issues external to Internet Explorer.
Although the page did display "Page cannot be displayed error" intermittently, upon Refresh it did load. It had the same behavior in IE11, IE10, FireFox, Chrome and Safari. So there is a problem with the site loading outside of Internet Explorer. If you receive this error, please hit F5(refresh) and it will load once the browser is able to connect.
If you continue to believe the problem is due to Internet Explorer, please file a new feedback with additional information.
