IE11 cannot be opened with Software Restriction Policy in Force - by Delrel

IE 11 crashes when a Software Restriction Policy is applied in Group Policy.

Neither Desktop or Modern IE will open after making setting up a Software Restriction Policy.

Before application both browsers work normally.  After removal of 
SRP both browser work normally.
