Description

When submitting a pull request, Github allows you to select your forked repository.

For example, open this url https://github.com/michael/github/compare/ in IE11 and click on "compare across forks" link. It will show you two sets of dropdowns: base fork and head fork. Try changing either the base fork or the head fork.

The application stuck. Try the same on Firefox and Chrome, it will work just fine.
